In my years as a professional trainer, I've learned to incorporate both of these disciplines into the craft of personal training & MMA, which I refer to as body sculpting.Working hand in hand with my clients, I utilize my knowledge of design and exercise programming to assist them in designing and executing a plan to achieve the physique of their dreams. My specialties include martial arts instruction at every level, from pro athletes to housewives to kids. I've assisted people prepping for fight scenes who want to learn to move authentically. I'm also versed in various forms of resistance, ranging from resistance bands' body weight, plyometrics and free weights.My style of sculpting blends many of these techniques together simultaneously to achieve the perfect training frequency to either build or carve muscle into the desired contours.Training with me is truly an experience that is difficult to put into words. If I was forced to, I would say that using a strict form and various exercise techniques, I'll guide you to the very edge of the limits of your body and show you that they were just your imagination.
